The Premiere download is a bundle of two SRT files cut from the same alignment. The line file carries your lyrics one caption block at a time, ready for Premiere’s captions workflow: import it, drop it on a captions track, and style it in the Essential Graphics panel. The word file carries every single word with its own start and end time, which is what you want under a kinetic lyric edit, a word-reveal effect, or any cut that has to land on a syllable.
Both files come from one pass over one source, so a line and the words inside it can never disagree about where they sit. If you only need standard captions, the plain SRT export is the same line timing in a single file.
