Lyric Video Text, Built for Your Editor

Stop hand-timing
lyric videos.

Paste your lyrics, upload your track, and get every word timed to the audio. Export straight into Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. You design the look. We handle the timing.

Built on the same alignment engine behind our broadcast caption delivery.
How It Works

Three steps.
Zero hand-timing.

01

Paste and upload

Paste your lyrics and upload your track. The same two inputs as a caption job.

02

Aligned to the audio

DeliverCC isolates the vocal and locks every word you pasted to its exact moment in the track. Your words, not a transcription guess. Preview it against the track in the app and nudge any line before you export.

03

Export to your editor

Pick an Editor Export format and download a file that drops into Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro, with native font and fitted sizing. You design and animate from there.

The slow way, and the DeliverCC way

By hand
  • Scrub the waveform and place every line by hand
  • A word-by-word reveal means timing every single word by hand
  • Hours per song
  • Pure grunt work, none of it the creative part
With DeliverCC
  • Paste once, every word locked to the audio
  • Word-level timing built in, no extra work
  • Minutes per song
  • Straight to the design, timing already done
Import Guides

One generation.
Every editor.

Lyric video text in Premiere Pro

The Premiere export gives you two files in one zip, the line SRT for line-level timing and the word SRT for word-by-word. Use either or both, bring them in as subtitles, then upgrade them to editable text.

  1. Download the Premiere export and unzip it to get the two SRT files.
  2. Drag a file onto your timeline as subtitles. If you want both, put each on its own subtitle track.
  3. Highlight all of the subtitles, open Graphics and Titles in the top menu, and choose Upgrade Caption to Graphic. That turns the subtitle captions into editable text blocks you can style and animate.

Lyric video text in DaVinci Resolve

Import it as a timeline, then enable the word lane with D.

  1. Open File > Import > Timeline and select the Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve (FCPXML) file from DeliverCC.
  2. Line titles drop onto the timeline ready to style.
  3. To turn on the word lane, select its clips and press D.

Lyric video text in After Effects

Run the script with File > Scripts > Run Script File, not Install.

  1. Open File > Scripts > Run Script File and select the After Effects lyric script (.jsx) from DeliverCC.
  2. The script builds your comp with line timing, word markers, and the explode palette.
  3. The palette stays open while you work. To reopen it later, run the script again and choose "Just open the palette."

Lyric video text in Final Cut Pro

Create a Library first, then import the XML.

  1. In Final Cut Pro, create a Library before you import.
  2. Open File > Import > XML and select the Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve (FCPXML) file from DeliverCC.
  3. Line titles import ready to use. The word lane imports disabled, enable it when you want word by word.

DeliverCC also exports LRC and Enhanced LRC (word-level karaoke) for lyric and player apps. The four editors above are the focus of this page.

We time it. You design it.

What you get
  • Timed line layers plus a word-level lane
  • Your editor's native font, sized to fit the longest line so nothing overflows
  • Song-named files, ready to open
What you do
  • Pick the fonts, colors, and motion
  • Animate and style to match the video
  • Render in the tool you already use

No separate plan for lyric videos

One generation gives you every format from the same upload, captions and Editor Export, with unlimited downloads. Lyric-video export is part of DeliverCC, not an add-on. See the plans on the pricing page.

Lyric video FAQ

Does DeliverCC make the lyric video for me?

No. DeliverCC times the text and exports it to your editor. You design the look and render there.

Which editors are supported?

Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

Is this the same as Apple Music synced lyrics?

No. Synced lyrics (TTML and LRC) are for streaming and player apps. This page is about lyric videos, the timed text layers you style and animate in your editor.

Can I change the timing after I import?

Yes. Everything lands as native, editable layers in your editor.
